We also provide a range of services and support to organisations who access volunteers.

This helps to promote good practice in volunteering and ultimately means it is more likely people will enjoy a rewarding and sustained volunteer experience.

For Volunteers we offer:

• Help with choices about the type of volunteering
• Advice on how to get the most out of volunteering and make a valuable contribution
• Support to use your skills, talents and experience.
• Preparation skills courses which help people gain insight into issues in volunteering
• Provide newsletters and publicity about up to date volunteering opportunities

For organisations

For organisations who need volunteers we

• Provide a range of training on issues relating to best practice in working with volunteers
• Keep you informed on policies relating to volunteering
• Arrange meetings of volunteer managers to work together and share experiences
